Listen, I have something to say. The real mark of a good communicator is not what he says, but it is how he listens attentively. Do a random test today. In a group of people who are conversing with each other, observe how many are talking and how many are just listening. Chances are that everyone has something to say first and fast without paying attention to what the other person is saying. Observe yourself also.
