Are you happy?

Hey you Happy Soul, They say that ' Happiness is a state of mind '.  Yes, agreed!. But do we depend on our mind all the time to make us feel happy? Let's change the narrative to  "Happiness is an act of self" , which means that we don't depend on our mind to feel happy and can take certain actions everyday to keep ourselves fulfilled.  These actions will keep our mind and body happy and healthy. Further to 'Know Thyself" post, make a list of all the things which make you happy, that you can do on a day to day basis.  For example. 1. Playing with your Pet 2. Cooking a new dish 3. Coffee date with a friend 4. Shopping 5. Random act of kindness 6. Dancing etc. etc.  As you will start making this list, you will find out that there are so many things that we can do easily on daily basis without much effort.  Once you have made the list, fill up your day with activities of your choice.  Take out some time everyday  and see how magically your life change...
