Shut that Door!

  What do you do when you don't want something unpleasant or uncomfortable to come into your home?  You shut the Door.. right?  Everything around us is Energy.  What you watch, see, hear, speak, feel is energy.  What you love and don't love is also energy.  And energy cant be seen.  You cant see energy transfer taking place. You may not feel it instantly.  But one thing is for sure, this energy is affecting you at levels you have no idea about. So, if you want to feel comfortable and happy, healthy and at peace, just shut that Door.   But how? some examples.. 1.   Don't watch negative news, TV shows, movies or any other form of social media which in    your heart you know is not good.  Reality shows based on curated fights to gain   TRP   are  taking away so much from you. 2.  Restrict your interaction with people with whom you are not comfortable.  This is a g ame  changer...

Don't end up in Zero...

  There is always something bigger and better we want to do.  But, generally smaller and smaller we actually do.  We make new year resolutions, and then we break it quickly.  We promise ourselves to be mindful while eating, but then we seldom keep our promise. We affirm to be the best version of ourselves which we forget when we face real life. Amidst this topsy turvy curve of wanting to be perfect and ending up in doing nothing, there is always always a solution which is "Whatever you do, don't end up in ZERO".    No one has reached top of the hill by jumping straight to the hill; it is always step by step with a lot of determination, patience and courage. For example, if your aim is to walk 10000 steps a day and you don't have enough time to spare, walk 1000 or 2000 or 3000 steps but please Walk. If you cant meditate for 15 mins everyday, start with 2 mins.  If you cant write Gratitude every day, say it in your mind. Every step counts and before you ...
