Shut that Door!
What do you do when you don't want something unpleasant or uncomfortable to come into your home? You shut the Door.. right?
Everything around us is Energy. What you watch, see, hear, speak, feel is energy. What you love and don't love is also energy. And energy cant be seen. You cant see energy transfer taking place. You may not feel it instantly. But one thing is for sure, this energy is affecting you at levels you have no idea about.
So, if you want to feel comfortable and happy, healthy and at peace, just shut that Door. But how? some examples..
1. Don't watch negative news, TV shows, movies or any other form of social media which in your heart you know is not good. Reality shows based on curated fights to gain TRP are taking away so much from you.
2. Restrict your interaction with people with whom you are not comfortable. This is a game changer.
3. Practice Meditation for few minutes every day to shut the door for negative thoughts & feelings.
4. Write down and practise what is important for you. Winning an argument or being at peace?
Moral is : Clean up your space before decorating it and Shut that Door!
