We all know what the other person should or should not do.  We all know whether the belief or ideology of the other person is right or wrong.  We are quick, super quick in judging others... But, in this whole process of thinking about others, we forget to ask ourselves a very important question. Do we know ourselves???  How many of us take a pause and reflect on who we are, what are our beliefs and ideologies, what we should or should not be doing, what are our strengths and weaknesses. What makes us happy or unhappy and how we can be more happier by identifying ourselves! Do this exercise, and see your life change for better.  Take a sheet of paper and make four columns 1.   List down all your strengths. . for example if you are good at writing, write "I write really ...
